Role of Nabha dass ji Maharaj in Bhakti movement

Role of Goswami shri Guru Nabhadas maharaj in the bhakti Movement in India. Guru Nabhadas played a important role in the bhakti Movement during the period of the 16th century to 17th century. The period from 1200-1700 AD is considered to be period of the bhakti movement in India. When many great mystic poets saints appeared on this land especially in northern and southern India as incarnations of God. During the bhakti movement out of 15 Indian saints like saint Namdev ji, Ravidas ji TukaRam, Kabir das, Palta Dadu, Surdas, Guru Arjand Dev ji and Guru Nabhadas maharaj was one of them.
He was a great ascetic saint, theologian and also religious an author of the sacred scripture the Bhaktamal granth. He earlier called Narayan das then known as Nabhadas. He was contemporary of Goswami shri Tulsi Ram ji who composed new edition of the epic Ramayana.which is known as Ramchritmanas. Guru Nabhadas was a revered heavenly religious an author like Rishi valmiki ji who composed a epic Ramayana, Rishi Vyas ji who composed Vedas, mahabharat, purana, bhagvat Gita. He was a Hindu poet ascetic saint, social reformer and philosopher from lineage of Ramanand sampradaya. He was composer of the several religious popular work but his best known as the author of the Bhaktamal granth which is the hagiography of bhakti sahitya (devotion literature) depicted the characters of mystic saints of satayug, treta, dwapar, and kaliyug and also later 16th century collection of hagiography of almost mystic saints of medieval India were the exponents of the bhakti Movement. This topic traces crucial aspects of the development of modern Hinduism in medieval India. The bhaktamal granth proposes a new kind of religious community United by bhakti which is not bound by caste, religion, sect, gender eventhen area.
The bhakti Movement refers to the theistic devotion trend that emerged in medieval Hinduism and later revolutionised in Sikhism. It originated in 8th century South india (Tamil Nadu and kerla) and spread northwards. It swept over East and North from the 15th and 17th century. The bhakti movement regionally developed around different gods and goddess such as vaishnavism (vishnu) shaivism(shiv) the movement was inspired by many great poet saints, who championed  a wide range of philosophical position ranging from thestic dualism of dvaita to absolute monism of advaita Vedanta. The bhakti movement has traditionally been considered as an influential social Reformation in Hinduism and provided an individual focused alternative path to regardless of one caste of birth or gender. Postmodern scholars question this traditional view and whether the bhakti movement ever a reform or rebellion of any kind. They suggest bhakti movement was a revival reworking and Recontextualisation of ancient vedic traditional. Scriptures of the bhakti movement include the bhagavad Gita, bhagvata purana and the bhaktamal granth.
Bhakti word is derived from the root bhaj which means divide share participate. The bhakti word also means attachment, love to devotion, homage, faith, worship, piety to something as spiritual religious principles or means of salvation. Bhakti further two path one nirgun bhakti is emphasised devotion to a divine without form. Sirgun/saguni is emphasised devotion to a divine before form..
The bhakti (devotion ) is far away without read and recitation to the bhaktamal granth. Nabhadas said that bhakti is the only legitimate basis for human society. He prechead the messages of love, peace, egalitarianism and harmony for welfare of mankind.
